DAY 8!! Sundays beer is a blanche nicknamed "Blanka" by Brewhouse Karbo brewed Laakdal, Belgium.
The philosophy at Karbo:
"We brew our beers ourselves - be it our own beers or the beers we make on demand - in a very natural and passionate way. We made the choice to use totally natural ingredients, without chemical additives or other artificial means. We brew using traditional methods, in a 21st century technological framework. We are constantly striving to improve the quality of our beers and not produce at a lower cost. For our raw materials, we work with the most "Belgian" products possible. We use malt, hops, yeast, herbs, from the most local cultures to minimize the ecological footprint."
