Day 13: Yankee & Kraut Saison

Like a collaboration in itself, Bryan France and Max Senner, joined as Yankee & Kraut, a unique microbrewery in Germany constantly pushing and twisting the envelope of German beer such is the case in today's Bavarian Saison.

Hazy pale straw-gold in color; this beer has a fruity, spicy aroma and flavor from the yeast with a hint of banana and pineapple coming from the late hop additions.
