India Pale Ale
Today we head down the Baja California Peninsula to Cabo San Lucas, where Colorado native Jordan Gardenhire fell in love with the location and decided to bring craft beer to this sunny destination. Now we're bringing that beach beer home for the holidays.
The Mexican IPA is their riff on an IPA. With a golden color and light, fluffy head you can really notice the caramel malts on the nose. This carries over into the flavour being predominantly malt-driven, with bits of citrus and piney hops.
