India Pale Ale (IPA)
We are travelling to Spain for day 5 of the Craft BeerAdvent® Calendar from a brewery called Naparbier.
We didn't have a Krampus beer specifically this year, but found this Alien Klaw to be supernatural, and somewhat menacing, so we included it in today's feature.
The yeast character is the shining star, with this IPA having some lighter base malts, and the fruity esters really complement the natural citrus notes from the hops.
