Back story here is we hired a local brewery to contract brew for us. We were having a real problem of producing enough of the Great Lei coconut pineapple IPA so we started making it there. We had planned to phase it out for the winter. I let our distributors know. In a brewers meeting it came up that the orders had stopped. Troy said, "but I have 160 barrels at the contract brew house! I said, "aren't you looking at the order sheets?" Troy said. "no I never look at those! My bad" That's our Troy. He came up with the idea of turning them into a mango IPA, the beer took off! Here comes Mango!
