Framboos is the Dutch word for raspberry. But 'boos' also means 'angry'. Framblij is a non existing word in Dutch. But 'blij' means 'happy'. So the little joke is the contradiction between boos & blij. Hopefully it's still kind of funny explained like this. If not: just enjoy the beer! 100 Kilo's of local raspberries found their way into this fruity stout (and clogged the filters afterwards, but we forgave them).
