Introducing the 2nd ‘Two Evil’ brew from Two Roads Brewing & Evil Twin Brewing. This Peruvian Style Porter was created following a trek in Peru. Using local ingredients like sweet potato, purple mais, and Aji panca chili peppers, a test batch was brewed at Cerveceria Barbarian in the Capitol city of Lima. The result is this unique brew with earthy spice notes, a hint of chili, and the deep brown colour of a classic porter. Since our ingredients were provided by Mother Earth, we decided to pay tribute and call our beer for Pachamama, the earth mother of Incan mythology.
