After having tasted many different APAs coming from every parts of the world, Doge's brewer decided to create the most drinkable APA.
APA is a bronzed blonde beer with great citric aromas of orange, grapefruit and lemon, followed by fresh hop notes; the combination of sweet and bitter lends this beer a great harmony.
Food pairing: ideal as an aperitif, or with delicate cold cuts.
