Day 12: Brouwerij Frontaal/Walhalla Brouwerij Ceres

At the halfway point of the calendar, we get our 6th collaboration! Brouwerij Frontaal connected with his pals at Walhalla in Amsterdam to create a very approachable Scotch Ale.

This beer appears a hazy, brownish amber with an off-white head. Malty aromas of caramel, butterscotch and faint smoke are present while the taste crams in bits of sweet, caramel, honey, toasted nuts and earthiness followed by a moderately bitter finish.
