Weissbier
Today's beer is a joint effort between White Pony and Panil; together they crafted a modern Hefeweizen with an added dry hopping of Motueka and topped off with passion fruit flavours for something so familiar and yet unique.
Pours a slightly hazy amber with a nice white head. The aroma is most certainly passion fruit with light grains and a little yeast. Some esters and fruitiness up front but soon fades to a wheaty bitterness. A simple, but effective twist on a classic.
