American Wild Ale
Christmas is almost here, so why not enjoy a kettle sour fermented on apricots courtesy of the masters at 8 Wired. Brewed for the Great Australasian Beer Spectacular, we were lucky enough to sneak a bit into bottles to make us think warm, sunny thoughts on this short, winter day.
A cloudy pale pour that isn't overwhelmingly sour - the apricots, Riwaka hops and lacto compliment one another in a lovely example of a balanced sour that is light and refreshing. Jimi Hendrix would be proud.
