The exclusive beers of the Trappist order are the monastic inspiration of De Mons Belgian Abbey. It might be sinister in name but there is nothing hellish about this concoction. Fig and raisin flavours conspire sweetly to envelop the palate before leaving a characteristic Belgian headiness in their wake.
