Day 5: Yukon Brewing Imperial Stout

From the beaches of Mexico, we jump to northern Canada to craft pioneers Yukon Brewing for a bold, British-style Imperial Stout.

Pouring jet black with a thin, tan head, notes of roasted coffee and chocolate pop out right away. Medium bodied with flavours of licorice and toffee that warm with each sip.
