India Pale Ale
Today's beer unites the north - between Yukon Brewing in Whitehorse and NWT Brewing in Yellowknife to create a beer true to themselves. An IPA with locally-foraged Spruce and Tamarack tips.
The beer is a light amber and pours a large, foamy white head. Smells reminiscent of a forest (obviously) while bubblegum and spruce notes really come through on the palete while being balanced by the caramel malts.
