Flavoured India Pale Ale
Our good friend, Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø at Evil Twin Brewing is in the midst of transitioning from gypsy brewer to setting up shop in his transplanted home town of Brooklyn, New York. But before settling down, we caught him on his latest alphabet fruited IPA.
Grapefruit, passion fruit, raspberry and blueberry Very much like juice in a can, this beer is creamy like a puree of the ingredients (grapefruit, passionfruit, mango, raspberry and blueberry) in a light body and a mildly tart finish. Your inner child will thank you for this.
