7degrees Beer School: Beer & Cheese

Everyone's heard of wine an cheese. But you have to expeience beer and cheese!

We'll start with poutine and a classic Pilsner. We'll end with an Imperial Stout and a marscapone cake. In between? Five more beers, each paired with a cheese or cheese dish.

The food will be prepared by the kitchen of The Green Bean Java Bistro. The beers will be chosen by 7degrees' Cicerone, Coleman Carleton.
